If you're looking for a no-frills, comfortable spot in a great Jerusalem location, this is the place for you. Located steps from Ben-Yehudah St. (with many restaurants) and the light rail, this spot is ideal for a solo traveler, or with a companion. Mattresses are comfortable (though the towels could be a bit larger), the showers are good, and the check-in/check-out process is straightforward. Looking forward to staying here again.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst booking experiences I've had. Communication with the owner was entirely nonexistent, leaving me unsure if my reservation was even received. On-site security is a major concern: the main building access code did not work, leaving the property unsecured and allowing unauthorized individuals to wander inside. Additionally, the lockboxes all use the same combination, offering zero individual security. Given these serious safety issues, I strongly recommend looking for accommodations elsewhere

最初入り口が何処かわからず迷いましたが、丁度だれか出てくるタイミングで入ることができました。事前に施設への入り方をスタッフと確認しておくことをおすすめします。 チェックインは、スタッフでなく、別のお客さんが代わりに確認して教えてくれて助かりました。ホステルでの良さは満喫できました。

Amazing room and staff! Felt so welcome! There was only one review on Expedia when I booked it but there are hundreds of reviews on other sites that are near 5 stars and I couldn’t agree more! I’ll be back next time I’m in Jerusalem.

The staff of male constantly told me he is not working when that day was Saturday the Shabbat stated, but before that Shabbat started, a woman staff did not give the key that can open the front door, she also didn’t give me the door code to open the door. Nor even tell me the coffee was available. Shabbat is not something that couldn’t simply answer question by one few words if you operate a hostel business for public to use it in Shabbat time. At least the person of male should not be in business if he would declare he is the person would keep observation as Shabbat request. The problem is you can keep to observe the rules of Shabbat, then you should ask the management to arrange others to cover, or you make note your hotel in Shabbat with no service for guests. You could not take guests with money while no service for services.

In my honest view and experience as a guest for 15 nights (mini capsule) in January 2026, this hostel would pass as nearly "average" for its shared communal facilities and reception staff hospitality. No windows to see sunshine on waking mornings. Be very careful not to be "lured" by the reception manager into a presumed "affordable" "deal" if you book directly with them (outside of Expedia) to either extend your stay or return to stay. If you do and you pay a deposit and your plans change, and you CANCEL & REQUEST A REFUND with reasonable advance notice, YOUR MONEY IS GONE FOREVER! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

The locker is far too small for storage, no safety lock. No staff in sight. The attached bathroom for 4 capsules was OK. Needs better maintenance of public spaces

Det vaskes ofte,mener de gjør det så og si hver dag! En vasker bor også der i hotellet! Det kan utbedres noe småreperasjoner. På enkelte småting . Men veldig enkelt hotell for meg som enslig tourist.! Billig pris pr.natt. alt i nærheten der finns det. Supermarkeder og flere hundre butikker og spisekafer, nærme vestmuren og gamle byen.13.minutter å gå,alt passet for meg!
