The room was very clean and the handle to turn the water on in the shower was near the back where you stand verses underneath the shower head. Loved it! The entire stay was perfect.

While understaffed they were polite, kind and welcoming. This was one of the best stays we have had to date.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. The bed was comfortable. I loved the temperature of the room when we entered. Considering the heat outside that was so appreciated.

Very nice hotel. The staff, breakfast and the toddlers loved the pool. The only thing we found wrong was under the beds was items left from the quest before us. We always check under things to make sure we don’t leave anything.

Overall, my stay was wonderful and I would definitely consider coming back. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and anytime I had a question, they were quick to assist with a positive attitude.

My room was awesome. My only issues were the bathroom stall in the men's washroom was broken from the wall and little to no meat options for breakfast

Excellent new hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem is that it is noisy due to being nearby interstate 40. Not sure what to be done – maybe needs more trees and soundproofing.

Nicely appointed but could have been cleaner. I don’t think our room had been stayed in for awhile and the bathroom needed to be cleaned.

8/10 ดีมาก

Hotel was new and nice! Felt like a safe location and check-in was easy. My only issue is that the eggs were empty for over 1/2 an hour. I know there was a tour group there watching the breakfast area like vultures, but I thought more eggs should have been put out. The value was very good for the price. Excellent TV streaming options.

4/10 ค่อนข้างดี

I honestly don’t usually leave reviews but after waiting for over an hour to check in and repeatedly given rooms that we’re already occupied I thought I would share. Once we were finally placed in the room we left our belongings and left to eat. Upon return our keys didn’t work. Come to find out they checked someone in our room while we were gone. Room wasn’t clean, shower had hair and leftovers from the previous guest, carpet wasn’t vacuumed etc. A very nice hotel but lack of cleaning and organization shows!

6/10 ดี

I booked a one bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn't have any and ended up with a 2 bed studio. I asked the front desk person what do I do since I paid extra for the one bedroom. She said you'll have to take it up with who you booked it through. Then I get to the room and there are pillows all over the floor. I saw housekeeping down the hall and asked if that was ok. They said oh the room is clean we just didn't finish putting the pillow cases and duvet cover on. So they did that then quickly looked in the bathroom and said that's clean. I went to give my daughter a bath that night and there were 4 long dark hairs in the bath tub and a dirty wash cloth with hair on it on the shelf. I could also see stains in the toliet which we hadn't used yet.
