ibis Kiev City Center

I did not like that the cleaning service did not refresh my water in the room.

Nice clean hotel. Great location.

Love my stay at the Ibis but sadly it was only for 1 day. The Hotel Receptionist was extremely nice and courteous. I was able to get in with a last minute reservation and she made she I was taken care of as well as giving me a nice quick brief of all the amenities at the hotel as well as let me pick which floor to stay in. Will be booking there again when I return!

Great staff with excellent use of the English language. Convenient location to many things. 24 hour bar is also a nice bonus.

I had a really good experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially one of the bartenders, Valentine. The hotel is close to the main train station and within walking distance of some nice restaurants, including some Georgian restaurants and some steakhouses. It's a little bit further to the river but I walked there several times.

Was an ok stay. Nothing wrong with the room. But the location actually wasn’t great. To say it’s in the city centre isn’t the truth. It was a 35 minute walk from to hotel to the independence square.

Very comfortable. It would have been good to have had an ironing borad
