I like the hotel because it is in a quite street in Managua and there are noises of traffic (no car, buses, trucks and no hocking) and best of all no roosters in the morning either. Nice, friendly and helpfully front desk staff. Love the idea of having orange juice with vodka at the front desk for the guest.

Room was in poor condtion. Bedding was not what i woukd call adequate. Staff was good food was small when it was available. All in all not a bad budget stay.

My stay at Hostal Oasis was excellent. The staff were very attentive, especially Mr. Diego and Mrs. Siomara. They were excellent, attentive, and helpful staff. I have no complaints, only gratitude. My next vacation in Nicaragua will be at Hostal Oasis.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help people. The room was so pretty and I loved the pool. The community kitchen was pretty awesome too because I got to cook my own meals. Saved me a bunch of money, not only within an affordable room, but also with being able to buy groceries. I am definitely gonna stay here again.

Staff was very nice and the outside setup was interesting, but the room reminded me of a jail cell. bare minimum, old beat up furnishings. I was only there one night so I didn't bother looking for another place, but I wouldn't stay there again. I chose it because my flight left at 6 am and I thought it was close, but it was actually almost 30 minutes away.

The staff was nice n friendly but the property needs some work, specially the security. I got robbed twice from the very first day I stayed at the hotel, they took the antena and the rear window wiper and the driver side rear mirror, n I wasn’t the only one who got robbed, even the owners car got it too. There’s no outdoor cameras n the only one they have is for reception only n can’t really see what’s happening outside. The owner was very kind to give me some $$ to help me to buy the mirror replacement, n I really appreciate it. Place is nice but it needs some work, but it’s good for the price n location. So be aware of what’s gonna happen if u leave ur vehicle outside.

I checked in and used the toilet but the flushing didn’t work due to no water. So I didn’t sleep this hotel but escaped from the hotel. Just wasted my money and time.

Hemskt! Området är inte säkert för gäster.Smuts överallt. Jag ringde vid dörren vid halv tio på kvällen och väntade i en halvtimme och då bankade jag några gånger då kom en gäst ner och öppnade åt dig. Och frukosten så jag vet ej om det ska kalla det. Fick tre rostade brödskivor med litet klick smör varje och en liten skål med honung med kaffe. Det var allt! Jag bad om mjölk men de sa nej har inte och inte ens nån frukt. Dagen innan frågade jag om vilken tid har de frukost då sa hon att det serverar inte frukost! Då visade jag hotellets sida att frukosten ingår. Då ändrade hon sig. Så allt är helt slappt. När jag gick ner för att äta frukost men hottade ej så jag gick till kontoret och de sa att de har inte fixat nåt frukost trots en timme senare än starten och de bad mig vänta en halvtimme och hönvisade mig till ”garaget” med mopeder där fanns några stolar och ett bord. Där åt jag frukosten med doft av bensin och gummi!
