Have stayed here multiple times, always clean, great staff, just a nice place

It's a nice hotel, clean, friendly

Our trip started off with the hotel calling us and downgrading our room because the people in the room “extended their stay.”No refund was given for the smaller room. Check in was relatively painless and quick. We got to our room and I always check the sheets. Well there was blood all over one of the bed sheets and glitter all over the other. It was obvious the sheets had not been changed from the previous tenants. The manager was very apologetic, but at that point we were already exhausted. He brought us new bedding and we made our own bed. The floor hadn’t been cleaned either. The manager was nice, but didn’t make up for the gross room we were given. Or room smelled like wet dog.

We were note told the motel was being remodeled when we booked our stay by Hotels.com or the motel itself. Directly after check-in we were accosted by a belligerent drunk hanging out the second floor window, hurling obscenities and berating us for wearing a mask as required by law in Washington. It was late so we decided to watch a little TV and go to sleep, but we couldn't even do that because the cable didn't work. The room was freshly remodeled and smelled of paint, but as we lay there looking at the ceiling we couldn't help but see the big stain that obviously got there after it was painted and I'm going to speculate as to what it was. All in all.....Never again.

Property was clean if you have a pet call ahead got a bit of a lecture for not calling after we booked on Expedia. Also there was meet anyone available at front desk had to call and then they would show up.

You get what you pay for. The room needs some detail cleaning, specially with this Corona stuff. This was a last minute decision, so if it was a planned trip, I would not stay here again. We had little interaction with the staff and it was fine. By the way it is not close to Sancadia as it's advertised. Its on the opposite of Sancadia. In the uglier part of town.

We stay here quite often and it's always a pleasant stay!

Pillows were extremely comfortable. Walking distance to everything

The manager was friendly and helpful and I got the feeling there was a real pride in the condition of the hotel. We stayed in a room that had two queen beds and a sofa bed, and it was spacious and just right for the 5 of us.
