The staff at Las Farolas are wonderful — very accommodating of special requests. We enjoy staying here as the rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good and convenient (the restaurant serves other meals, too) and the garden is delightful. The walk is not too far to other restaurants and the parque central.

Excellent hôtel. Well located. You have a nice breakfast in a beautiful garden. Everything was perfect except we would have liked the hotel personnel to fix the shower so we could have hot water but it did not seem to happen even after asking. Would still highly recommend.

The front desk team was consistently warm and welcoming, and the safety here is unmatched. The hotel entrance stays locked 24/7, and someone is always at the front to buzz you in. That level of security made me feel extremely safe. One major plus? You’re within walking distance of everything in the city super convenient if you’re trying to explore without relying on constant transportation. They also held my bags for free after checkout so I could explore more of the city stress-free.
