The room was spotless!! The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. I love that I could make it completely dark! The breakfast was good. Bring your own snacks as their prices were crazy high. The staff was good.

We enjoyed our stay in Bristol! Tru was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped us when asked. The room was very clean and spacious. Location was great and very easy to access right off the interstate. A ton of shops and restaurants located within minutes.we would highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and this one truly exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. I routinely do a quick spot check in every room I stay in, and this hotel genuinely impressed me. The floors were spotless, the bed linens were bright white and neatly presented, and the bathroom was immaculate. The shower glass and mirror were crystal clear, the showerhead showed no buildup at all, and even the tile grout was clean—something that’s often overlooked. To top it off, the experience felt personalized with my name displayed on the TV upon arrival. This has easily been the best hotel stay I’ve had, and I will absolutely be returning next year.

Technology at it's finest!

Found the room keys didn't work after we got to the room. Went back to the front desk about the problem, then an employee came back up with me to let us in the room until they could get the room keys programmed, something about a system update, should be able to bring keys in about 10 minutes. An HOUR LATER, I went back to the front desk, found the employee with the keys in absolutely no hurry to bring them up to the room obviously. They were not even busy, but of course he was busy on his cellphone. Customer service wasn't a priority I guess.

THis is a step down from a Hampton Inns, new timber construction where you can hear guests walking over your head, minimalist room arrangement, too close to interstate I81m (ditto Hampton Inns) next to car dealership and nothing else. Last choice.
