Things were poorly put together, a hanging shelf as a “mini bar” area with a stool, the shelf was barely hanging on the wall.
Fireplace below the tv was “unfinished” around the entire edges.
Our toilet wouldn’t flush, we had a prior appt to get to and told the staff, they literally had 6 hours to fix it while we were gone. When we returned the pee and tp were still in the toilet so I confronted them and he told me he fixed it, then he tried to flush it and it didn’t flush.
The room across from us has a dog (which is not the issue) the owner left with no care for the dog. It barked from 8pm-8am. We asked the hotel staff to call her number associated with her account to request she come get her dog, they kept calling her room (but she wasn’t there, hence the dog crying and barking for 12 hours)
The cops were called for an altercation between the supposed dog owner and someone from the room above them…but the staff were of little to no help with the police questions, to where we had to inform them that this lady has barely been in the bldg since we arrived and the dog was crying all night.
Definitely would not stay again, but the hotel looks pretty from the photos.
