Exceptional Service Defines This Five-Star Hotel
Our stays at this five-star hotel have consistently been delightful, largely thanks to the exceptional staff who go above and beyond to ensure we feel at home.
In particular, we want to extend our appreciation to Antonia and Antonis from the restaurant. Their friendliness and professionalism have left a lasting impression, contributing significantly to our overall positive experience.
At Cliff Bar, Vasiliki and Vasilis are equally commendable. Vasiliki's warmth and friendliness have always made our visits to the bar enjoyable. Vasilis, in particular, is a key reason we continue to return to this hotel. His exceptional management skills, coupled with his friendly demeanor, greatly enhance the atmosphere and experience at the Cliff Bar.
Lastly, we want to acknowledge Ivan for his outstanding customer service. He impressively accommodated our request for a fruit platter at Asterias bar, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to guests' satisfaction.
While we immensely enjoyed our time at Asterias, we'd like to suggest the addition of more healthy options to the menu, specifically fruit platters. We believe this would greatly complement the existing offerings and cater to the health-conscious guests. It would be even more convenient if smaller portion options, such as a fruit platter for two, were available.
