This is not a place for business travelers, there were alot of shady things happening. Rooms had bugs and weren’t clean. If you have the budget go somewhere else. Not worth the no sleep you are going to get.

Didn't like anything about it. They had 2 stabbings in 6 days there, property not taken care of at all. They have a lil store inside the lobby and they buy stuff from dollar tree and triple price on it, rooms have roaches, it's not a good place at all to stay!! Especially if you have children.

Had my rooms reserved and was to pay at property. When getting there to pay after driving 7 hours they had gotten rid of our rooms and had no where to stay but , thankfully we where able to find something else even better and by the beach. I will never go back not with 1st experience like that.

The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned.

Stay was comfortable for the price. Not well maintained, staff was rude, had air and heat. Has kitchen just make sure you bring pots and pans and any utensils you will no. None in the room. It isn’t pretty outside but the rooms are clean. Just know you will be sharing hotel with tenants that stay there all the time. It is pet friendly. Stay was ok but we will never stay there again.

My ECSC weekend trip

It was the cheapest hotel I could find in Virginia Beach for ECSC weekend, but it was worth the trip. The room and amenities were great.

Worst experience ever. Room smelled so bad like someone had died in. Everything was dirty, run down, unsafe Told front desk asked for a refund but they wouldn't give one. Just ended up leaving.

The outside was not that great but the inside of the rooms was great very up to date and clean and the residents of the hotel was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and hated to see us leave and go home

Very friendly great customer service, room smelled great nice and clean . My stay was relaxing and peaceful. I would stay again and I would recommended guest stay here. Also have a store as convenience for the guest.
