A hospedagem é boa. Fácil acesso, mas a recepção tem informações confusas, pois pra havia limpeza no quarto, ora não havia mais. Mandamos mensagem pelo chat do hotéis.com e eles não respondem. A troca de toalhas também é bem confusa e sem organização. Mas a hospedagem é boa. Quarto bom. Sentimos falta de uma pia no banheiro e de local para colocar o shampoo e sabonete dentro do Box.

The stay was ok. Upon arrival the top blanket had so much hair on it, I used a lint roller 4 times to remove it. Then during our stay I saw a roach in the kitchen. Another downside about the property, is that there’s only 1 sink in the room, so you’re brushing your teeth and also preparing your food there. The first 2 nights we had no WiFi, they said that it was being fixed, it eventually started working, then it would buffer at times. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights

The office looked closed when we arrived, so I called. The man inside turned on the lights and helped us check in. He was very kind. The room itself needed attention. The floors clearly had not been swept or mopped in quite some time. There were chunks of chips on the floor and our feet were dirty if we stepped on them barefoot. We were sure to wear socks and shoes while inside. There was also only one washcloth and the smallest shampoo I've ever seen. We had to make a CVS run to compensate. The bed was comfortable, but had little black lint balls on the white bedding which kept me checking for bugs. I was not aware some people rent these as short term apartments (I should have researched more.) The cost was cheap and we were fine, but we would not choose to stay here again.

My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. Florida is known for bugs of many sorts and glad to report had no issues, and they take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. I now snow bird and will be back again without a second thought!!

Our 2-week stay at The Irlo was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The room looked much larger online than it did in person. It was advertised to sleep four, but the sleeper sofa was tiny, and the room was so cramped we could barely unpack. The first night, we found there were no towels, pillows, or sheets for the sofa bed. I walked to the front desk (in another building) while my kids were showering to ask for towels sheets and pillows for the sleeper sofa and report that the A/C was leaking. I was told there was no housekeeping and there was nothing they could do. The next day, water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and the A/C leak created a large puddle. Maintenance only vacuumed the water without fixing the problem. That night, the fire alarm went off around midnight, forcing everyone to evacuate. We later saw a first-floor room completely flooded. The hotel never communicated what happened or when it was safe to return. The alarm went off three more times over the next two days. We also had to repeatedly ask for towels throughout our stay because none where ever provided. Our refrigerator didn't work for the first two days, spoiling our milk, and the stove wasn't even plugged in. The receptionist were extremely rude and condescending. Maintenance issues happen, but the lack of communication, basic necessities, and customer service made this an experience I cannot recommend.

Checked in Sunday. Clean when you enter. But after looking around the floor of the bathroom was pretty dirty, especially around the edges of the shower. Bought coffee for the Keurig only to find that there was only one mug.So Monday morning, we asked them at the office and they assured us they would send a mug up to us. While there I asked what we would do if we needed to exchange towels during our stay. They told us to bring them up there at the office and give them to one of the men that was sitting there. So after three nights of a six nights stay, I brought towels up there only to be told to bring them back and someone would bring us towels right away. That never happened. I also reminded them about the mug that I still never got and they assured me I would get them. asked for towels again. Never came! There was no dish strainer, so I had to put a towel down for the dishes that I washed by hand. There were two hand towels which we quickly went through. And two bath towels. After 3 requests for towels we just washed them. The shower was bare walls so nowhere to put shampoo or wash cloth. I should have seen that in previous reviews.Also not one hook to hang towels anywhere in the bathroom or room, so I had towels hanging from the cabinets. Bed was very soft . Too much for me. Sofa bed was a click clac and horrible to sit on. Good thing was no bugs and Pool area was nice. Was looking for a place to come to monthly but I won’t return due to the lack of customer service
