間違いなく日本のトップホテルの一つです。 2016年の伊勢志摩サミットにおいて世界の首脳を迎えたホスピタリティはコロナ禍を経ても失われることなく、家族一同最高の思い出を提供して頂きました。 事前のレストラン予約時の最高の対応、当日のテーブルサービス、ベビーベッドを手配してくれたハウスキーピングの方々、いずれも客とのタッチポイントにおいて非常に好印象を与える応対に感嘆。チェックインを担当頂いたフロントスタッフの方も多くの先輩方から学び今後飛躍すると期待しています。 今回は上の娘の7歳の七五三で両家の両親を連れて訪れ(3歳の時も訪れた)、伊勢神宮への参拝後に滞在させて頂いたが、全員が非日常を堪能した大満足の宿泊でした。 下の娘(0歳)の七五三でもまた必ず伺います。
