Excellent front desk staff (Jay)

We walked in and they immediately told us it was a full hotel. Ok no issue. My room was booked so I wasnt too worried. It was a cheerleading competition in town. So we get the keys to our first room, walk in and you can tell it was used and someone just checked out. Towels on the floor bed not made. Ok we go get a new room. Open the door and same issue. 3rd times a charm hopefully. We get upgraded and open the door and finally a clean room. This was a 2 night stay for my wedding. Breakfast was good no issues there. The morning to check out I get a bill under my door for $400+ charge. I go to front desk and they say it’s the hotel charging Expedia not me for that difference in the room. I found it odd on top of having a $80 hold when I was Told my total was $350 including the $50 deposit hold. It’s a week later and this is still an issue. I was Charged the upgrade and it has yet to get fixed and I still Have a $80 charge. The worst part is the manager is the one that upgraded up after seeing the first 2 rooms. Will only stay there again if desperate.

One night business stay. Clean nice hotel. No problems. Good stay. Would recommend.
