Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© durant 4 jours dans cet hĂ©bergement. Le check-in se rĂ©alise en autonomie. L’accĂšs Ă  la chambre se fait via un code sur la porte. J'ai donc contactĂ© Steiners pour obtenir ce code, mais aprĂšs plusieurs Ă©changes, celui-ci n'a pas fonctionnĂ©, nous empĂȘchant d'accĂ©der Ă  la chambre. Nous avons donc attendu une heure dans la cage d'escalier jusqu'Ă  ce qu'un employĂ© vienne nous ouvrir
