All good. They just need to remind their guest that a "No molestar" or "No Entry" sign means just that.

Property was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The experience in general was very good. There's a little room for improvement in the restaurant. The terrace area on the top floor has a lot of potential.

When I travel to Bogota I stay at this hotel because it is very convenient, close to restaurants, entertaiment venues and the staff is great. The free breakfast is good, I would add a few options to make it great such as more typical meals instead of the cold cuts (my opinion).

Stay was great! We stayed 2 nights and could not have chosen a better hotel for our first time in Bogota. Staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were small but clean. The free breakfast every morning was delicious. Great and safe area on a busy street with a lot of food options.Will definitely stay again if i ever come back to Bogota.

This the fourth time in 2019 at Cosmos 116. Great location, lots of restaurants walking distance, clean rooms and outstanding service from hotel staff.

I scheduled directly with the hotel staff an airport pickup. At one AM, after waiting for 30 min, I took a taxi to the hotel because not one pick me up. They put me in a room that didn’t have city views which I already prepaid for it. they gave me an small room with a window facing a wall. They told me the hotel didn’t have city view rooms at all. I would never recommend or stay in this hotel ever again.

I was very disappointed that they didn’t honor my VIP status. No hot water in the morning. I had to take cold showers before leaving the hotel. Breakfast was until 10am but when I went to eat at 9:30 everything was stale. Couldn’t even have a decent breakfast.

I only wish the bathroom towels were softer and more luxurious. Instead they are kind of "industrial strength" - coarse and rough to the skin. Odd, since the bedding (and the bed) were indeed luxurious, soft and very comfortable.
