Chambre propre, belle douche, bien situé. Points faible; pas d'Internet et ça prend l'Internet pour ouvrir la porte d'accès à l'édifice et en ce qui me concerne le réseau mobile n'entrait pas bien donc problèmes d'accès à l'édifice.

If you're after location, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. It's literally a 4-minute walk from the Duomo. However, that convenience comes at the expense of comfort. Essentially, it's a room in an old building. It does have a balcony, but that balcony faces a wall in a narrow light shaft. The view is so depressing that I actually preferred to keep the curtains closed. Everything in the room is either 100 years old or looks like it's been picked up off the street after someone threw it away. To be fair, the room was clean enough that I had no issues sleeping or spending time there, but it was a long way from the standard of other places I've stayed. The shower has a fixed overhead showerhead, which my wife couldn't use because she'd had her hair done and didn't want to get it wet. There was no handheld showerhead as an alternative. Overall, it's an okay-ish place if you just need somewhere to sleep for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything longer. The owner could genuinely take the equivalent of 2-3 nights' rent, visit IKEA, and buy even the cheapest furniture, including a proper bed and wardrobe. While they're at it, a tube of glue wouldn't go amiss to fix the wooden flooring, which actually lifts up and sticks to your feet as you walk across it. To top it all off, there was a rude man knocking on our door at 8am to collect the city tax, and then again to get us out of the room at 10:30, despite the advertised check out being 11:00

La bouilloire électrique est cassée et il n’y avait aucune tasse aucun couteau fourchette pour manger. Nous venions pour y passer la nuit. Voir la ville de nuit. Nous avions besoin de prendre des cafés le matin. Et nous avons dû les prendre à un autre endroit et les payer. Ça nous a retardés. La porte de l’appartement était un peu difficile à ouvrir. Pas de plainte au niveau de la chambre.

I did not use that hoise because when i arrived it had a nauseating smell of cigarettes.I have filed a complaint with expedia and i still have no response.Now that iam returning from my vacation Iam going to ask for give all my money back, because i have felt scammed
