Basic hotel, clean, fine if you're not spending much time in it. Bath towels only, no smaller face/hand towels. Breakfast wasn't to my taste. If you book this hotel and will be using Yandex taxi app, be warned that I twice got dropped off in a random location and the driver insisted this was the correct place, also happened to someone else staying at the same time as me. Best to use the place across the road/facing the hotel as your destination to be sure you get to the right place.

The breakfast at Boston Hotel was excellent! There was a great variety of fresh and delicious food every morning. Everything was well prepared, tasty, and beautifully presented. The staff kept the buffet clean and fully stocked, and they were always friendly and attentive. Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

スタッフの対応は良かったが、施設はあまり良くない。エレベーターがなく重い荷物を持って階段を上り下りしなくてはならない。電話とテレビが使えない。トリプルだったが、荷物の置き場所がない。

What a great stay at Boston Hotel Tashkent! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Excellent stay at Boston Hotel! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. I had a wonderful stay at Sarbon Hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with any request. The hotel’s location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get everything I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a bit more variety at breakfast, but overall everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sarbon Hotel Tashkent to anyone visiting the area.

Place has a good location due to short distance both to central rail station and airport. Reception stuff was friendly and helpful. But then we come to the room. Poor quality of the bed, dirty bathroom that was poorly cleaned. AC worked badly. I needed some hours of sleep before my flight and I got those but won't come again

Room wasn't exactly as on the photo. No shower curtains, no hot water and room was 36 C°. I was supposed to have one queen bed and one single bed but there was only two single beds... Staff was sleeping was quite tired. I stayed only an hour because I couldn't sleep due to very hot room. Normally I am not that picky but this time it was too much.

On my first day, the room exceeded 30°C, but the AC broke multiple times. The front desk irresponsibly told me to stay the night, and only after a strong complaint was I moved to a triple room late at night. However, this room had no fridge, a leaking shower with low pressure, and a broken wardrobe that could neither open nor close. When I told the staff, they casually said they already knew. None of these were fixed by checkout. Except for a private bathroom, it felt no different from a cheap dormitory. They even refused to lend me tools to fix things myself, and no one, including the manager, followed up on the issues. Staff rarely greeted me first, and the TV didn't work.The breakfast and garden were equally disappointing. Over four days, a whole apple was served only once; other days had just a few thinly sliced apples. There was no yogurt, and the only drink options were instant powdered coffee, black tea bags, and store-bought juice. The garden was neglected with uncleaned pigeon droppings, and the pergola was used as a private space for the owner's family, so guests couldn't rest there. Entrance trash was left unattended. Contrary to reviews, the subway required a Yandex taxi, and the nearby bus stop is standard for any Tashkent hotel.For $50, neighboring countries offer much better service. This hotel lacks basic facilities and a service mindset, negatively affecting the country's image. I hope others choose a better hotel.

My room phone never worked.They came to fix it but still did not work. I was told to " dial # 1 to connect to a third party charging system. I could never make it work. No elevators. Poor quality breakfast daily. No refrigerator. Hotel seems to be a fire hazard. Walls are covered with what seems to be a highly flammable construction material.Only one fire extinguisher on the whole floor. No evacuation plans were in sight. I may be wrong but somebody needs to look into it. My room window overlooked a tin shed. I was told it would face the hotel garden. Front desk was very helpful and they even carried our suitcases upstairs. But was hard for us to bring them downstairs as there are no lifts. No shops nearby. Could be better . Not worth the money I spent on staying at this place.

Closer to a 2 star than 3. Relatively clean but wallpaper coming unglued, Carpets worn. t.v. didn't work. Desk person said he'd send someone up to fix. 2 hrs. Later I went down again to ask. Said he could do nothing today but would fix in morning. Never did. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Wouldn't recommend for the price.

Очень плохой опыт проживания. Сотрудники на ресепшене очень непрофессиональны, их отношение было крайне неуважительным — они даже не смогли правильно выписать мне квитанцию. Я просто хочу получить квитанцию об уплате городского налога, но сотрудники на ресепшене никак не могли этого понять и вели себя крайне грубо; после того, как я несколько раз их поправил, они даже стали ругаться. Теперь я даже не знаю, откажет ли мне компания в возмещении расходов на проживание.
