Great spot for a couple
Pros: So much character, Very cozy and perfect for two people. Perfect location to everything and close to the beach. Common area is great for just relaxing and talking with people. Staff is also wonder. Cons: Some areas in the bathroom you can tell were not cleaned very well, some of the old boards have nails sticking up.

We keep coming back to this Folly Beach oasis. Laura and the entire team - including the dog Wringley - are wonderful! All amenities are exceptional. We especially appreciate the common areas and the materials that’s available like the beach chairs and the bikes. Breakfast is generous. It’s perfectly located near the beach and all activities.

Beachside Bliss
This is the most fabulous, relaxing stay. It is a serene property steps from the gorgeous beach and town. Laura and her team go above and beyond to make your stay warm, welcoming, and fun. Her dog Wrigley is adorable and sweet. The bed and room were so lovely and comfy, and breakfast was perfect. We will be back!

Very unique property. Fun, quirky themes to each room or bungalow. Very chill laid back vibes. Food, drink, souvenirs, convenience/grocery, alcohol all within easy walking distance. Beach access just behind the property. Great location! Folly Beach is an excellent area to get away to. We highly recommend staying at the Beachside Boutique Inn. The Costa Rican Bungalow is fantastic. We will definitely be back here in the future.

we loved our stay at beachside boutique inn!
my husband and I booked a 1 night stay here last minute for a friends wedding, and we were so pleased! We had to check in after office hours and Laura was so accommodating. The room was clean, had wifi, and a tv. This place is in the perfect location and walking distance to everything in Folly. They had breakfast the next morning with so many options and it was so nice not to have to hunt for food and be able to just walk out of the room and make a coffee! We will def stay here again if we are ever in the area and will recommend to friends and family!
