Fantastic customer service 10/10

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff, particularly Jaime and Laura were outstanding, they both went above and beyond to help us. Lovely cocktails and great atmosphere. Beautiful building, a very memorable stay. Thank you!

very slow breakfast service

Breakfast was VERY slow and they overcharged. Room was good - just avoid the breakfast service!

Special time at the St. Pancras Renaissance

It was a birthday present for my wife. The staff accommodated all of my requests and answered all of my emails in a timely manner. When we checked in slightly early the check-in desk advised me that we had been upgraded to a suite because of the special circumstances. When I opened the door the flowers and champagne were sitting on the table, my wife was very impressed. During my email correspondence to the guest services desk trying to make arrangements for the extras in the room and a little party of cake and drinks for 6 in the lobby I was told there wasn't any table service but it was suggested I could get a cake and they would supply the plates and cutlery, that worked out perfectly and they even took our orders for drinks. We had dinner at Gilbert Scotts the restaurant by Marcus Waring, the food and the service were exceptional. Checkout was at 11am, I asked if we could checkout later and it was moved to 1pm. All in all the stay was fabulous, the service exceptional, the atmosphere relaxing and the architecture artistic. Thank you St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel for making my wife's birthday incredibly special.

felt it was overpriced, expected more for this price level of hotel. Rooms weren't fitted out to the same standards of care and attention as the architecture, big bare walls with cheap or no artwork, paint cracks in the wall, no vallance sheet on the bed. Not that far off needing a revamp. Also, while the covid measures are to be commended, i felt the lack of a bartender on the foyer bar in the evening as a minimum wasn't really good enough. MiMe closed at just after 9, i managed to scrounge 2 gin and tonics for £28 but was told that was all that could be done or would have to use room minibar - as if. if the spa can be opened during the day, there should be a token bar service in the evening.

Fabulous hotel

Fabulous hotel, we had a large king size room which was spotlessly clean. It was a shame that some of the facilities closed earlier (bars etc) but hopefully this will change over the next few weeks/months. Staff were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.
