The place is very clean. Location is strategic. If I come to Krakow Poland again; I will stay here.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean, and the shared kitchen had everything we needed. The location was excellent, right in the center of Kraków, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Another big advantage was having a Carrefour right downstairs, which was very convenient for buying groceries and anything else we needed. There were only a couple of minor issues. When booking, I requested a private room with one double bed for two people, but we were given two single beds instead, so we had to move them together ourselves. Towels were also not provided, although we managed without any problems. Aside from that, everything else was good, and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay, however I wish I had curtains on the beds, so when someone who is sleeping does not get woke by inconsiderate guests (flicking on the lights was uncool at 2am)

Shower doors were off rails and not closing, water in faucets was tepid, not warm, it was difficult to contact the property manager (manager never present in their office), entrance to the building was dirty and smelly, there was no car parking despite advertisement that parking on property is available. The manager did not know that paid secured parking is available within walking distance on Karmelicka Street.

Limited comfort

Ended up with great people in the dorm. The hostel could, however, improve a lot of things. The bunkbeds felt like they would collapse when the one on top moved around. Limited space to change clothes etc, only possible in the bathrooms/toilets. 2 bathrooms with toilets and one singel toilet for all 8 rooms eith 6 beds in each. Worth the stay, yes. Staying more nights than 1, no.

This was not worth the cheap price. Only one shower for everyone so we waited very long. Bathroom garbages overflowing and garbage on the counters for days. Rooms have zero ventilation so it gets very hot so you have no choice but to leave the window open, but the bus stop is right in front of the windows so it is extremely noisy. All night. There was not one point where it quieted down a bit. Even with the window open it still got very hot, and it's not even summer yet. Floors are the squeakiest loudest floors I've ever heard and walls are so thin you hear every little thing.
