The views and staff are amazing!! The interior of the room we stayed in was a little dated, and no microwave, but overall would stay again, just for the staff!

Doesn't live up to hype

The room was ok but the toilet would run unless handle was flipped manually and when using hot tap in the sink, it made a loud rumbling sound. The course had beautiful views but needed work on the fairways and golf path. Pool area was left with a lot of standing water and could have been better presented. Restaurant had no coffee available at supper and menu was very basic with lots of fried foods 😔 Overall, pricey I would rate it a 3.

The property is in a very nice setting, close to the lake. The room we had was spacious, well appointed and clean. The restaurant served up good food at reasonable prices. Our only issue was a bit of a noise from, we think, the ventilation system. However, as we were only staying one night, it wasn’t a major problem.

First the rates seemed a bit high Our booking wasn't listed at the hotel even though we had a conformation number. The air conditioning was set on high in the room when we walked in and the room was so cold we had to wear jackets. The heat in the room wouldn't warm up the room. For the amount we paid and then sat in a room freezing is absolutely absurd. Then in the morning we arrived at the dinning room for breakfast when the waitress asked if we had a breakfast coupon. I asked how you get the coupon and she replied that they come with certain rooms. I couldn't believe that we paid 225 for the room and that doesn't seem to be enough to comp breakfast. As well i found the room rather rundown and in need of repair and upgrade. The Dundee area is amazing and the property is as well, however, if you are going to charge premium rates then the services should reflect the cost.

they put makeup on it but you can tell this is an old building. having said that, it seemed clean. our room was blocked by a hallway door when it was open so that was irritating. no elevator. place was alright, the indoor pool was dark and the outdoor pool was freezing cold. not a bad place but overpriced

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful lake view. They are continuing to update and refresh but it was a very pleasant stay

Very nice grounds. Well maintained. Enjoyed the paddle board and kayak on the lake. Never got the chance to try the golf course
