Overall ok
Service could be better:
1. Booked 2 rooms and had to pay for extra bed in 1 of them, to allow a proper bed for my 10year old autistic nephew.
2. Breakfast was ok, but we were left largely to fend for ourselves. Staff seemed more interest to serve the China airlines cabin crew, compared with non crew guests.
3. Dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioners in bathroom. Sadly the conditioner dispenser sprouted a pea sized amount, which I had to simply make do with. It was disappointing.
4. Bell captains seemed overwhelmed when requested to help get trolleys [dispenser closes to hotel entrance was not working].
It took a while before they got the idea to send someone up to the arrival floor, to secure a few trolleys.
Service was not automatic as experienced previously.
There is another hotel at Malpensa Airport, so check that one out.
