Las fotos del hotel son muy buenas y uno cree estar pagando lo justo, pero al llegar la verdad es otra. Tienen problemas con la luz y por lo que escuchamos no es la primera vez que sucede, las luces de la mitad de la habitación parpadearon toda la noche y la mitad de hotel estaba fuera de servicio por problemas de luz.
La otra mitad da a la carretera y el sonido pasa tal cual a la habitación.
La limpieza de las toallas no es buenas y la regadera tiene muy poca presión.
El sonido del pasillo entra tal cual a la habitación así que se escucha todo de ese lado también.
El desayuno extra por el costo de $38 pesos por persona consta de fruta, café y medio pan, ni mermelada o mantequilla.
La alberca es fría y se notaba que no le daban mantenimiento seguido.
Son deficiencias que uno pagaría por un hotel de 700 o máximo 1000 pesos pero el costo es mayor para la calidad del hotel.

Gran hotel para una estancia corta, no cuentan con restaurante y tampoco puedes acceder con alimentos. La señal de internet es muy baja en las habitaciones del fondo y no puede usarse la TV.

Estan padres las instalaciones, se nota que es nuevo, la alberca tiene una vista increíble pero no tiene calefacción, y las habitaciones tienen buena vista, pero me toco la mala suerte que el cuarto de arriba a las 6 am empezaron a jalar muebles, parecía que corrían y me despertaron, fue muy desagradable, ya que iba a descansar y no lo logré, cabe mencionar que todo se escucha de un cuarto a otro lo

La atención por parte del personal es excelente.
La habitación que asignaron dá hacia la calle, por lo que ruido constante de autos y motos, tanto en la noche como al amanecer.
Uno de los ventanales no tenía pestillo de seguridad en la parte de arriba, lo que provocó que una de las noches con lluvia y fuerte aire la ventana golpeara constantemente.
Probablemente falta más fumigación, ya que una noche apareció una araña de tamaño considerable en el techo de la habitación.
