JUST BAD!!!
I won't get into details the Hotels was just bad all the way around. I was not satisfied with my stay. I strongly suggest you take this hotel off your website. I have been using your site for years but this was by far the worst. Take it off your website. ASAP!! This Hotel gives your company a bad name.

This horrible looking property had the GREEDY nerve to cancel my reservation so they could book my room for double my reserved rate to take advantage of a Taylor Swift weekend in New Orleans. Don't stay here!

Staying here (4 nights) was a great deal compared to staying at a more conventional hotel. It's an urban setting, but at no time did I feel unsafe, and the convenience of the location can't be beat. It is close to the highway, so it was a bit noisy at times. I could have addressed that with earplugs if necessary, but did not and slept fine. The room was pretty basic, but it was clean. The shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

At the End of the day you get what you've paid for. I'm not going to bash this place as it was an affordable option for our family prior to a cruise. what I will say is that the family suite says it sleeps 6 and that is not true. The couch is a couch. my daughter slept in our bed. The condition is poor, Broken Outlets all over, a live outlet connected to the airconditioner just laying on the floor, with bare wires. My mom pulled a wig from the couch, yes a woman's wig or hair extension. No manager there for the weekend so it was a little rough

The door guard was missing in the room, the blinds didn't shut all the way, the telephone didn't work, housekeeping didn't visit the room, there was dim lighting, the washroom was in a poor state, the toiletries were hardly enough for one use and weren't replenished.

I booked and paid for the hotel room a week before my trip. I drove 3 hours just to get there and they tell me they overbooked and didn’t have any more rooms available. It looked like they gave the rooms to the people that showed up first and after they were full told everyone they were overbooked

They’ll give your room away coming from a flight if you’re not there at the time that they preferred you to be and it doesn’t matter if you have a disabled child don’t book here unless you wanna waste $100 and that’s a trip there which is $50 and another $50 back to the airport due to them not being able to accommodate you

Our key card never worked for the two days and staff had to let us in every time we went out, and for other patrons as well. Mold on the ceilings, no bath towels in room, tv didnt turn off and remote didn't work. Breakfast was very minimal. Emergency exits blocked in office.

Not what I expected.
When ended up checking in around 8 the lady at the front desk was super helpful, patient, and just amazing. From there we parked in a gated psrking lot which was great. When we got up to the room i5 smelled of mold, the floor was increbibly sticky and dirty. We stayed in a 2 beroom suite the back bedroom had stains on the bed sheets and no working remote f4om the tv. The bathrrom counter had stains frim pervious people in which we had to clean, the room had a refrigerator which we didnt use because of the condition of the room . Not to mention the extreme hit of the smell of Marijuana as soon as you got out of your car and people in the walk ways smoking and it coming into the rooms.

Hotel10 great! Hotels.com was terrible
The hotel staff was fantastic. However, the hotel.com staff was not. There was an issue with the hotel.com/Expedia team not releasing information to the hotel even though our hotel was booked in advance. The hotel showed our booking and so did hotel.com. We had to sit in the lobby for 2 hrs as the hotel.com staff continued to refuse. Hotel.com staff attempted to refund our booking which I denied. The hotel staff stayed positive as they continued to speak with the hotel.com staff. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Just somewhere to stay with a good location.
Hotel had a good location. Many stores near by. Including a Wal-Mart, Gas station, and plenty of Restaurants. The Downtown area is about 20m away. The room was clean but lacked in P.m's (Prevented Maintenance). The toilet leaked. The walls had water and Dry wall damage. The beds where uncomfortable to sleep on. But the water in the shower was hot. Np's with the sinks, HAVC, or Tv. Room door was secure. With cameras just about everywhere. The staff was nice. But wasn't very attentive. Overall.... Good location. Not bad if ur planning on just needing a place to rest for ur visit and not spending much time in the room. I'd stay again. But definitely would like a better room. More comfortable bed. Better plumbing. Nicer and cleaner walls. Also a microwave would be nice too.

Arrived at hotel at 8:00pm just to learn it was overbooked and I had to find somewhere else to stay. Found hotel across the street for twice was much for one night as my 2 nights I booked. Extended stay or Expedia should have reimbursed the difference, but NO, of course not. Don't expect either to do the right thing for the major inconvenience. Expedia says, you were refunded for the reservation. Well DUH, the room was cancelled. You didn't do me a favor.

Very RUDE worker,
We Drove from Texas for a festival and got to the hotel ready to check in after booking it online. We were told that they didn't have any rooms available. After I tried to showed the lady my confirmation number but she just kept yelling no rooms available. She was so very RUDE. So we had to try and find another hotel at the last minute. With the Stink attitude that girl had I was glad they didn't have any rooms. She was so unprofessional, yelling at everyone that came in the door. So now I just want to make sure that they don't change my credit card for a room we didn't stay in.
