overall satisfied - good service, complete set of amenities, less than 5 min walk from Shijo station (5th entrance). Suitable for those who aren't too care about noise but hope to have privacy during stay.

I like the hotel area as it is close to Shijo station. I think it was gate 5 and the hotel was right behind it. Stayed there for 3 nights without any complains. Hotel is very clean, sleeping capsule is good, shower place is wider than any other capsule hotel. Breakfast is OK. Stayed 45 minutes longer than the check out time 10 am and they charged me additional ¥300. Otherwise that was good stay.

It a bit of walk to the attraction places but the area was safe to walk around at night.

Very clean, quite large "rooms" for a capsule hotel (and also included an in-room safe for belongings), service was good. Showers/shower paraphernalia they provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were perfectly adequate. Only drawbacks: the hall lights were a little bright around the edge of the curtain when I was trying to sleep, and I could feel the springs of the bed a tiny bit. Overall, quite good, though.

What a great place. I stayed in one of the larger room/cabins and they are surprisingly spacious. They can be a little noisy as every noise inside the plastic casing reverberates, however most guests seemed to be trying to be respectful (apart from an old guy next door to me, who was hard of hearing and didn't use his headphones for his TV). Other than that, the bargain deal I got with Hotels.com made it more than worth it.
