Dirty room!! Our door was broken we had to lift to put back in the hinges and then it would shut. He was kind of rude. WiFi was good

The room was very smelly and more importantly the sheets were stained and severely burned in many places. The top cover blanket was also burned in many places. There was a gap in the door when it was closed so outside lights and cold air came through into the room. There was no lock for the window and no screen. The t.v. provided had very bad reception and kept going in and out. Not a pleasant stay. Terrible.

Toilet was stuffed the room had an undesirable bad odor the door seem very unsafe like someone had a force breaking the place it’s surrounded by very unclean people in and out all the time even the attendant seems to me he was under the influence of something etc etc

Room had bugs everywhere even on the bed and shower says free WiFi but WiFi didn’t work floors sticky and tv and tv remote didn’t work

Horrible it was blood on the bed it was dirty and stinky and it was roaches for $78 plus a $20 deposit that I did not get back!!!!

There were cockroaches everywhere I spent majority of the night killing them. They were on pillows bed floor. The facility where bathroom was was tagged up .. the toilet seat was dirty … there was an empty shampoo bag where. Shampoo was .. shower floor was full of grime and broken scared I would cut foot. .. dresser wooden was cockroach infested and broken … tv was nice .. but remote power button didn’t work .. fridge was good too microwave was not clean and had stains on inside from food that had exploded … bed sheets were clean .. mattress had stains all over from I was not sure .. would recommend to no one until bugs are under control and shower fixed. .. I told service and they acted surprised but wouldn’t change rooms or refund … people who were staying said they had to kill bugs and deal but I think they were homeless or on drugs .. please until rooms are cleared go somewhere else or deal with pests

Every single thing about my experience with expedia today is absolutely poisonously awesome because the extreme upset and resentment and ruined my entire day but of course you will tell me that it is my fault not yours. I asked for the motel itself OMG there's no local phone number listed anywhere the contact number goes to a booking service in New York that send you through an AI interface at 10 levels and then when you don't have the correct number which they never give you and the experience I didn't remember you're so good. At the multiple contacts if you pick up attention you would love me through the 10 levels to reach an actual personal customer service representative they gave me the local phone number for the motel but of course they don't answer their telephone! I have never in my entire life experience such an incompetent customer service experience hours upon hours of frustration and I still don't know if I'm looking as concerned or canceled I won't until I get and I still don't know if I'm looking as concerned or canceled I won't until I get there thanks a lot for nothing!

This motel is a must to avoid it is mostly occupied by criminals prostitutes andcdrig addicts. Rooms are basic which is not a problem however my room had cockroaches and someone dented my car and staff are very unhelpful. Please dont make the mistake i did and go to a reputable motel/hotel instead

This place should not even be listed on Expedia. Room smelled of old smoke and dirty cleaning water. The air conditioner was filthy and there was a big mouse/rat hole in the wall on the floor as we walked in. The manager kept my drivers license, which I was not aware of until I was trying to check in at another hotel as my husband and myself did not even want to sit down on the bed to look for another place to stay due to stains on the bedding. The small window in bathroom was broken and the walls were covered with nails and broken metal brackets. There was no lobby, we had to talk to the manager outside through a small window.We did not remain on the premise for more than 15 minutes and left to find acceptable accommodations.The outside of the motel was not like the pictures on Expedia, which appeared to be clean. Several of the clientele appeared to be prostitutes and the area made me fearful since we are an older couple. Please remove this motel as an option on your website as I would not wish the experience we had on anyone.
