My family and I was at this property 5 years ago and we love it so much so we decided to comeback. However, this property was in such poor conditions, so much that we decided to move to the new resort. Very dirty, stain on the sheet, AC was not cold, no food on the property. On Expedia website about this property was listed that they have all the amenities but for surcharges which we Plato use. They don’t have food, transportation, spa or anything that is listed. The person that chua in said “we have nothing but the room for you. This is LOW SEASON” We have reservation from July 8th to July 14th. We left this property on July 10th due to all of the above listed. They used to viewing spot that you can see the water. Not any more. They closed up that part and you will have to walk about 10-15 minute the near by beach with is next to Ramada resort. I contacted Expedia customer service chat line and told them about all of this but they said no refund. This will be the last time I will use this site due to lack of transparency. They allow this hotel to give faults information and would not take any responsibility. I wish Fanari resort the best of luck and hope they make it in this industry.
