First, let me say the location of this property is perfect — right on the Riverwalk, with easy access to everything. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff at both the evening reception and morning breakfast were extremely friendly and welcoming!
That said, I did want to share one disappointment during my stay. The level of housekeeping service fell below expectations. I checked in on a Tuesday and checked out the following Monday. During that time, my room was only serviced twice, and both times required me to specifically request it — once having to follow up with the housekeeping manager directly.
Specifically:
• Wednesday, I left the room around 10 a.m., removed the privacy sign, and returned at 4 p.m. to find the room untouched.
• Thursday, I proactively requested at the front desk that my room be cleaned before heading out at 10:30 a.m. Again, upon return, it had not been serviced, and I had to speak with the housekeeping manager to have it addressed.
As a regular Hilton member, I’ve come to expect a higher level of service and attention to detail, and this experience was a bit disappointing.
I appreciate you taking this feedback into consideration, as I do enjoy staying at Hilton properties and hope to see improvements at this location in the future.
