8/10 Very good

It matched my expectations based on the price and my research. The staff was great. I enjoyed talking with them.
Devan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

EASY TO FIND. PLENTY OF PARKING. VERY QUIET

6/10 Good

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. It’s very inexpensive and makes a dine flop house for one in a tight budget (that would be me this instance). The staff tries, but they are dealing with an OLD 70’s hotel. For instance. My door lock stopped working the last day. No one to fix it. They staff “tries” but it is what it is.

stay as far away as possible!

bugs everywhere, roaches literally coming out of the walls

Property had dried toilet paper on the bathroom floor when we arrived

2/10 Poor

Where do I begin? Paid $100 for a stay in a filthy, smelly room with not even a telephone or coffee maker. We met a young lady in the parking lot who slept in her car and not in her room because the conditions in it were so bad. Air conditioner was so loud it kept waking me up during the night and did not cool past 73 degrees. No hot water in the bathroom, just luke warm at best, and the bathtub surface was so slippery I had to shower holdling on to a wall fixture to avoid a potentially bad fall. Other than these things, a great place to stay.
James, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Cockroaches, bedbugs, stains everywhere on the bed, floor, walls, thin and dirty sheets, thin pillows, smells of cigarette, staff rude. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Dump

This place is a complete DUMP! It’s awful!! DONT STAY HERE! ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
Kim, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Convenient but roachy

Pros - pretty courtyard with mature trees and chirping birds, friendly checkin, plenty of water pressure, relatively clean tub and toilet, clean refrigerator, soft bath towel, good lighting, working lamps, convenient location to the University and the Kettle Restaurant, free wifi. Easy parking, our stuff was safe in the room and it was fairly clean. Cons - saw five roaches in the room, the underneath side of the bedspread was stained, the carpet stained, room musty smelling, no hangers. Overall, it served its purpose, we were hardly ever in the room but grossed out by the poor condition of the floor.

Very kind people checking us in and out. Supposed to be non smoking room, smelled like an ashtray. Stained towels and carpet. Not updated in decades. Pet friendly but no mention of deposit until we arrived. We will not be staying here again.

8/10 Very good

It was an older property but well kept and very clean. Attendant was very helpful. Excellent rate.

Excellent service. Good location

2/10 Poor

Unacceptable

Found roaches on the bed twice in 2 nights, and more in the bathroom. The heater sounded like an offshore motor every time it turned on and woke us up several times a night. Shady people would randomly be outside shouting in the middle of the night and the walls were so paper thin that we could hear the fan in our neighbor's room running. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable with a very thin comforter for winter time.

The carpet in the room needed to be changed or really deep cleaned, it smelled like dog poo.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

Do not stay at this hotel under any set of circumstances!! It's not clean, roaches and the staff is not friendly at all!! There's so many other options to chose from in College Station, choose other options I PROMISE YOULL REGRET IT!!

2/10 Poor

There was nothing other than the lady at the front desk was super nice. Hotel rundown and does not look like the picture on Expedia 1st room when I turned the heat on the room lit up with marijuana smell. Changed rooms went to lay down took a picture of a bedbug crawling on the wall. Checked out and didn't stay. Lost money because it was non refundable. Didn't care could not stay there and would only recommend for the pay by the hr customers and those who just don't care. Again the lady at the front desk was Super even though I lost my money.
Betty, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Adequate.

The room seemed clean, but the rug had some stains. The marble around the sink had a fracture, but didn't leak. The room had a refrig. and a microwave, but I didn't use them. There was some noise from other occupants, so the walls may be thin. Overall, it was adequate for a couple of nights stay. There were several dining spots around, and was next door to a dollar store.
Neil, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room stunk. The sheets were dirty , old and stained I wouldn’t stay there again if it was free.
raymond, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

So-so

Manager was friendly, but other staff not so much. You could hear every thing the people say in the next room. Very out dated, but it served its purpose, however not worth $100 a night.
Alfredo, 1-night trip

Do not ever stay here

Was stuck in town on a game day and everything was sold out except this. That should’ve been my first clue. Worst place I’ve ever seen. Bugs everywhere. I left and did not stay the night. I’d stay in a crack house AirBnB before this place again. Management is friendly while telling you there are no refunds

Esta muy sucio y hay muchas cucarachas y solo ponen 1 toalla para baño
Carolina, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is one one the poorest kept properties I have ever seen. Completely disgusting and filthy. The smell of the room was overwhelming with filth and years of unsanitary conditions. There is nothing wrong with the faculty being an older building, as long as it has been kept up. The rooms were so gross that I wouldn’t allow and person or animal I care about the enter the door much less spend anytime there. To top everything off they charge an excessive amount of money and they do not refund. One of the worst experiences of all of my many travels. Please do not fall victim of this property or the crooks who manage it.
