Not terrible but not our favorite.
Honestly somewhat disappointed with this stay. We’ve stayed at a few boutique hotels in Charleston and this is one we wouldn’t come back to. We stayed in a one bedroom residence and while the amount of space was great, the pictures are misleading - make sure you double check that you have a balcony/2nd half bathroom. We thought we booked that room but apparently did not. Not sure if that’s hotels.com or the actual hotel being misleading. The bathroom was so outdated and we had mold in the shower. The baseboards are all cracked and just makes the place feel not so clean. We had to ask for towels three times before they were actually delivered. The hot water nozzle completely came loose from the sink in the bathroom. Again, just a list that kept growing of things that didn’t feel worth the price/outdated.
The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The daily breakfast delivery is a nice touch as well as the sodas and snacks available in the fridge.
We had in-room massages which were fantastic and a great way to relax. The rooftop pool is small but it was nice to cool off for an hour or so and the day beds are very comfortable!
Not the worst place but again, just little things that added up that felt icky!
