Good location for walking down to desenzano. Had a couple of issues on arrival which meant no blinds in the bedroom for a couple of nights but the agency were prompt to sorting it & apologetic. The apartment was a little dated but all in all it was a good spot & easy to get around. The bed was 2 singles pushed together so they often split during the night which made it a little uncomfortable. The balcony was nice for the evening & the property was well equipped.

Kristall Lago was good except for the a/c. June, July is too hot to stay without a/c, which was broken. We extended 3 days waiting for the technician to check for the a/c. When he finally arrived, the a/c was broken.
