Lovely B&B in quiet and quaint town outside Philly
We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by the quaint, quiet town Lily Inn is located in. It was an easy process to get into our room although the light switch didn’t work and we had to use the flashlight on our phone to walk into the room and find another lamp. I’m guessing it was a breaker that had flipped since it was an old building and there was a similar issue with the outlets along one wall in the dining room the next morning. The breakfast was excellent and included. The staff was very kind and polite.
Overall the room was very clean and beautifully decorated with antique furniture and decor. The walls were on the thin side, but par for the course in an older building. The bathrooms were renovated and clean. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable although there was a little bit of a squeak to the bed frame getting in and out of the bed. I would highly recommend this place and will return if in the area again.
