Beautiful historic building that is well maintained and kept spotless. Candace cooked us a very nice sit-down breakfast in the morning before leaving. If you have any business in the area, I would highly recommend The Lily Inn.

Don't miss this stunning B&B in historic Burlingto

This house is gorgeous! Very high ceilings, large and gracious rooms. Our room had a large hearth with a gas fireplace in it! William Morris wallpaper and matching curtains. The food was just so-so, but we were aware that it did not include a huge breakfast, so we were not disappointed. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. The living room and dining room are stunning, and the back garden is lovely, although it was very cold and wintry out.

A little gem in a charming town. The house is immaculate with sitting areas, coffee and tea available any time, and beautifully appointed rooms. Walking distance to many restaurants. Only disappointment was the tv - could not access cable news channels, but that was minor.

Great stay

This was my second stay. I was in Room 2 on the second floor. The room and entire Inn was very clean. I really enjoy staying there and plan on going back. The only minor thing was the bed made a lot of noise during normal movement while sleeping. Breakfast is always great and you’ll luck out if you’re there when they make fresh scones. Don’t hesitate if you want something a lot nicer than a regular hotel.

8/10 Very good

Candace made us feel so welcome and was very understanding when it came to our young son's dietary restrictions at breakfast. The room and common areas were clean but a fresh set of towels for each day would have been a plus. The surrounding area did not have much to offer after we came back to the room after spending all day out. Not many places were open and the few places that were, including a restaurant, was mediocre at best. Overall, we like the old charm of the place and Candace was awesome.

Great Historic Gem!

This B&B is in phenomenal condition for being roughly 300 years old. Original wood floors! Only 5 rooms and it was way more spacious then I thought it would be. Modern bathroom too! They serve a hot breakfast and although there is no fridge in rooms they allow you full access to their kitchen (held my leftovers) refrigerator and your welcome to drinks, snacks and the ice that’s there. Restaurant across the street is great and B & B located right near the waterfront with walking/biking path. Twenty minutes to Yardley and a state park across the bridge on Pa. Side.

6/10 Good

Was hoping for better.

I was anxious to get to to my room after weeks of long hours at work. I specifically booked a room with a soaking tub. The room itself was quaint and comfortable. But I was SO disappointed when the bath water turned cold and the jets in the tub didn’t work. I couldn’t even take a shower- there wasn’t one. All in all- the stay was good but it’s not what I was hoping for…

So good...!

This place was so amazing and Candace was so nice, friendly, and efficient. I locked myself out (on the first day 😭) and she came and helped me in less than 5 minutes of me calling her! The beds were the MOST comfortable beds I have slept in in a while! And the claw-foot tub was awesome! Be aware that it is metal so if you take a bath, it gets cold pretty quickly. Now the breakfast... So Good! We got to meet the other people staying at the inn, which was very cool, and the food was really delicious. Eggs, bacon (really crispy and yummy... My favorite!), biscuits, and fruit and good juice! Highly recommended for your next stay! Thank you!

Quaint comfort

We really enjoyed our stay in the city and at the Lily Inn. It’s a beautiful place and the location, on the main avenue and close to the river, was perfect. We truly felt pampered with robes available. The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the fact that the bed was so high. We had to use steps to get into it. I have had my knees operated on, and I was very concerned for my safety if I had to get up in the middle of the night. We would definitely stay here again, but we would request a room with a lower bed.

Just Ok

Very nice property but staying on the 3rd floor was challenging. The bathroom had a jacuzzi with a hand held shower which was not great . Getting into the tub was challenging. Mattress was not firm enough. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
