I had a really bad experience. I came back after a long day of work to find that my room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and they told me "the person that was supposed to clean your room was not there today and we didn't have resources." The front desk was extremely dismissive and basically told me "it is what it is; if you're not happy, go somewhere else." They offered me $50 of restaurant credit. The next day, the housekeeping manager told me that this was not an accurate statement and she had no idea why my room had not been cleaned.
Also, this is not a business friendly hotel and I was there for business. There is no coffee machine in the room, there is no room service, and the restaurant does not have a phone. The only way to place a take out order is either online (does not allow for room charge) or to physically show up. The coffee was old and the food was bad.
Bathroom had a tub with a curtain and really old fixtures, so was not the luxury hotel it advertised.
Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again.
