Great central location for visiting both the north and south of the city - walked most places and lots of public transport and taxis hotel room was very large and comfortable. breakfast was reasonable and good variety. however the hotel was neglected, there was a very slow response at the desk, i was almost charged for a wine i didn't drink, i was given a twin room when i specifically asked for a double, very slow check in and check out also not public spaces, they were in the middle of "upgrading" but i found the feel and look of the hotel outside of the room very basic and more of a 3 star than a 4 star. it's a good hotel if you are on a business trip and only sleeping there or looking for convenience but i was a little disappointed compared to other places i have stayed in Argentina over the trip

The breakfast was excellent. There was a big variety. The staff was very helpful. They arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport and when there was a problem with the charge that I noticed when I got home Juan at reception worked with the taxi company to get me a refund. The disappointing part was the pool being closed for maintenance and there not being any cushions on the outdoor furniture, Also I believe the bar and restaurant are under renovation. They lack any type of ambiance,

Staff has been friendly and very helpful, and when my bathroom had issues in the middle of the night, they were able to offer me a different room immediately.

the thing i liked about the hotel is the location, what i didnt like was the the pillows had a wear smell.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I can't think about anything I did not like.
