Excellent room, good water pressure, nice king size bed. The hotel is a bit further from the station than I anticipated but in reality only a ten minute walk through the Stratford Centre. Be alert and not alarmed when walking about. Not unsafe but just a lot of people normally around.

Room was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Sadly the hallways were unclean and the bin in my room was full with the previous occupants rubbish, and the glasses all smelt like stale alcohol. Made me wonder how well the place was cleaned.

Great room & location - poor services.

The hotel has a great location and the room was great. However, the hotel is stingy with the coffee and NO tea. Also had to buy own milk. Paying these prices it shold be bog standard. In addition, the IT side of the reservation and check-in is NOT up to what it is required - and for me very frustrating and unbelievable for a chain of this size, etc. Never say never again - but quite unlikely to book a YOTEL ever again.

Very impressed with this property — it was exceptionally clean, quiet, and excellent value for money. The interior was modern and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Also, it’s in a fantastic location — just a short walk from Stratford International station and the shopping centre.
