We had a good 3-night stay here in a comfortable room. We felt that the location offered better value for money without compromise as it was easy to get around from Hamamatsucho station which is in close walking distance. Very friendly staff as well. The biggest issue was that the room would get very humid when the AC was turned off so we had to leave it on when we left the room to avoid this.

Lovely hotel to stay at, very clean and the amenities available are great. Close to a station that isn’t very far from all the usual shopping districts (20 mins for most) and disney (50min). We were able to walk to some exhibits like Teamlabs borderless etc (30min). The only draw back is the pillows are very hard, I’d recommend bringing your own if you can.

The property is in a good, quiet neighborhood. It is close to the train station and a few restaurants and bars. There are many amenities and a relaxing tub in the room.

My second stay in this hotel. It seems very well maintained, and modern, although the room is fairly small (I did have to ask for a chair, which was promptly delivered). Not much view out the window (mainly the side of the building next door - I don’t know if any rooms face the street). Nice bathroom. Low-priced coin-operated laundry. This hotel is far nicer than the one I stayed in a few doors down the street.

A tricky review because the negatives aren’t really the hotel’s issues. Hotel is fine, typical small Tokyo room, nice bathroom facilities, all good. The breakfast is limited, very good soup, bread, yogurt. The issue is that it is not close to a station, and the closest station, Hamamatsucho, is undergoing renovations which really impact access. Again, hotel is fine, not sure when renovations will be done at train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
