Amazing, and taco beach is so good

Everything was excellent.

My friends & I (6 couples) come here every year & I don't know if its a new owner or not but it has changed alot. Took forever for the rooms to be cleaned (even though the request was on the door) one of the days, it took all day. Customer service was just ok where it was always up to par. The rooms dont seem as clean or taken care of.

My car was towed and it cost me $150 to recover. I was never asked if I even had a car. Their response was " Do you just come to a hotel and park your car ? " The answer is yes ! I have been to many place and usually you park where it says parking for guest only. According to the owner of the towing company this is a common occurrence here. I'm sure they are going to make me look like Im the one at fault here but no worries. I was staying at another property owned by this group immediately following. My two days of parking was supposed to be covered there but the message that was sent only requested that one day be paid ! I guess that's my fault too. I will say though the place itself is as advertised . I cant say anything negative there. But the lack of communication by the staff and the unwillingness of management to admit they were at fault leaves much to be desired.
