an excellent place to stay,we had a two bedroom apartment which was huge and luxurious.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant brilliant.Will definitely stay there again

Worst level of service in all my years of travel. My associates had invited a guest back to their room, soon after they found out that they were cheated and lost their monies. I had requested to both the hotel manager and a security to assist to call the police, but no help was rendered. The duty manager replied that it did not concern the hotel and that he couldn't make the call as it did not concern the hotel. Luckily our ocal friend managed to arrive in time to help explain our situation to the police and managed to get back our properties. Well done Marriott for not doing anything to help your guests.

Finally a Family trip but albeit one that was much reliant on the hotel tuktuk due to young kids not able to take the walking distance back and forth the BTS. Had a rather unpleasant episode with the timing of the pick up and rather than having any management coming to speak to me on this, it was the concierge whom came to apologise in private. A concierge who bothers to appease more than the management. That speaks volumes. Looks like the hotel management perhaps ain’t too keen on addressing guests issues as compared to the ground staff. Overall stay room was ok. Breakfast service was great, spread was pretty standard. Bed is way soft, for those with bad backs or older folks, perhaps may need to highlight a firmer bedding is needed. It is a good 15-20 mins walk to BTS. Back and forth in the Bangkok heat can be a challenge. Your best bet is the half hourly complimentary pick up from the hotel tuktuk. Be sure to arrive at the pick up point in advance. If you are on time you may miss it entirely. Had a very very very very uncomfortable episode with the reception on this but NOT one staff from the management came to address it with me. Housekeeping is TOP notch nevertheless.

This is the first time I've stayed at a Marriott and I must say that the experience was superb. Internet was slow in the morning but otherwise starting from breakfast to going to bed, I couldn't really fault the place.Checking in was a breeze, the concierge team of Kai, Pui and Natee were always helpful while the breakfast staff were smiling and encouraging first thing in the morning. Thank you to all for making my stay so enjoyable.
