Hotel is quite a bit outside the city, but very close to the airport. The room was great, and the staff were helpful to any requests I had!

The hotel, the room, the air conditioning, the staff -front desk gentleman was very helpful, the bar tender was very kind, the breakfast staff were great, the breakfast-the food/drinks were really good, the restaurant perfect. The biggest problem was the location. No stores, no shops, no other restaurants nearby. The hotel was isolated except for a sort of car company? beside it and sort of a freeway on each side. Taking an Uber to the nearest (aside from the one at the hotel) restaurant would cost you $26. We opted to take the train which is like a 15-20min walk from the hotel.

Attentive, polite staff; well-maintained property with spacious, clean rooms. Hotel offers bar, restaurant, sauna and fitness room. Just know there are no shops, bars, or restaurants nearby. But if you need to be close to the Berlin airport the night before a flight, as I did, then this is the perfect place to stay. The Schönefeld S-Bahn is just a five minute walk away and will get you to the airport within 10 minutes.

First time at this hotel in Berlin. Room was spacious and well equipped. No instructions for the room safe. Staff and service was exceptional. Breakfast was limited and could be more enticing. Given bus/tube/train passes for three days which was incredible. Don’t get a taxi from the airport, it’s two stops from Brandenburg airport, get off at Schonefeld train station and two minute walk. Reception staff very helpful. Would stay there again.

Not only was the receptionist at check-in quite kurt - not German-efficient, I can tell the difference, and the room not cleaned recently, but checkout was no more than a "thank-you" without eye contact. The hotel had emailed me to complete a check-in form online, then emailed twice trying to sell me a room upgrade and then emailed asking me to check-out online yet when I didn't take this last step, it was still only seconds at Reception.

Weekend break in Berlin

Took the S9, train straight from the Bradenberg airport, get off at the Schönefeld stop and go down the slope or the steps and up the other side and hotel is right there. 10/15 minutes on the train max. Great customer service from all the staff. Small convenience store across the road for an essential items needed. We booked a business room on 5th floor, had a fridge which was perfect for a bottle of wine or 2. The S9 train, takes you straight into Berlin too. Super convenient.

We really liked the ambiente and service. The entrance area/Check-in area is very inviting. The rooms were especially clean. Everything was in good condition and orderly. The only problem we had, was that a lot of water was dropping onto the bathroom floor while showering (gap on downside of the glass door too huge) We enjoyed our stay (1 Night).
