Hotel is new so it's very nice and priced reasonably. Bed was comfortable and the pool was adequate. The location is okay and there are restaurants nearby. The only issue is I heard what sounded like a gun shot in the hotel around 2:30 am other than that all was good.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel overall felt really clean. Location is ideal. And for the price I couldn’t ask for a better stay. Would totally book again when I return to this city.

Quick trip

Overall, the hotel was great. The room and beds were comfortable, enjoyed having a mini fridge in our room as well. The one down side was that breakfast in the weekend was only open until 930, but we made it work. We would stay here again!

A night stay in Holiday Inn Express in Haltom

Hotel still smells brand new and condition are excellent, except for minor issues, like the entrance door slammed if you don’t hold it, shower head did not have enough water pressure, the ice machine was not working in the 4th floor, no hand soap by the sink nor hair conditioner in the shower. However, the room was very cleaned and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again. I will give it 8 out of 10.

Property seemed pretty well maintained and staff seemed kind. We enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and all the amenities. Only issue was that housekeeping doesn’t knock and came into my room while I was laying in bed.

The entire hotel was immaculate and beautiful. My room was just as immaculate and beautiful. The bathroom was upgraded with a standup glass door heavy duty shower in the room was equipped with all the updated technology features as well as being very warm and immaculate clean with very nice modern furniture.

The Saint Charles Inn is conveniently located on Main Street, with a train route right in front that offers easy access to the city center. The property is well maintained, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jenny for her outstanding service, we truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
