Not a typical hotel

The front desk guy was rude. I paid for parking (even though the gate was up). The room key swipe for my room was broken. My room smelled like bleach.

This place shouldn't be a hotel, it's a club!

I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels. I just need a clean space to sleep. This hotel was $154 per night & was the worst experience I've ever had. I checked in & immediately checked my bedding. There were blood stains on the bedding so I called the front desk. I had been on the road all day and was ready to shower & take a nap but couldn't. I waited over an hour and housekeeping never showed. I called again & was told they were busy so I left to give them time. I come back 3 hours later and it's still not cleaned. They ended up moving my room was ended up facing the busy street. It was the noisey place I've ever been. On top of that, the halls were filled with loud adults laughing & talking each night in the wee hours of the morning. I ended up getting no sleep & I had a major headache the next day. Front desk said a group was having a "meeting" on the floor at 2am smh LIES! This is what you can expect when there's a bar downstairs

This place was by far one of the worst place I ever stayed at, after long flight get to the hotel after we call and explain to them that our flight come in at 12am should we book for that day or the next day of course I was told to book for the next day, just to get to the hotel we couldn’t check soo I had to buy a room for that night, they supposedly was fully booked I had to get a handicapped room, got to the room to take a nice warm shower the water barley got hot and it wasn’t going down the drain soo now the bathroom flooded, they moved us to another room, that room had more issues the a little from the bathroom door broke to the shades wouldn’t work the room smelled like piss, just terrible and the front desk guy just didn’t wanna change my room after I book a double bed room not a handicap room they just kept saying they was fully booked when I paid for 2 double beds, soo we had to stay another night in that room wake up to more issues the AC leaking carpet soaking wet now my clothes got wet just ruined my birthday weekend I would never stay at this hotel EVERY the pictures look good but it’s nothing what you expected
