No idea what this place is doing on hotels. com.
Am 73 years of age on a social trip to London. Don't appreciate being asked times of my coming and going....!! As for requiring a£60 cash deposit for the key!

The owners needs to make sure that their staff is really there to open the door. If you arrive at the property after 6 PM, forget going in. You’ll be sleeping in the front lawn.

Accommodation not existing/not responsive at all
I and another business partner arrived on the day of booking, only then we realised the hotel was no longer operating. I sent a message to the host reminding my arrival time. We called and we sent messages upon arrival. There was no response.
We ended up booking another hotel urgently.
I think they forgot to pull it off the site. This hotel did not offer the accommodation as advertised.

Avoid
Had worst experience ever. The check in time was specified between 3pm-11am, but they notified till 6pm after I booked? The customer team also struggled to reach out the host several times different days and times using the number provided, no way to contact. The main door was playing up to get in.

Avoid
Booked for a night but forced to book another by host saying minimum 2 night stay? Most of descriptions don’t match to actual condition: size of the room, soundproof, check-in time, etc. the radiator is not working and the host is hard to get in touch.
