Residence & Conference Centre - Kamloops

The rooms need to have slide table lamps or floor lamps because it’s too bright use ceiling light, it’s not relaxing in that way.

We are supposed to submit request to front office if we needto get beds redone garbage picked up and towels replaced. The cleaners would not do it. The front office staff is very cooperative and courteous,provides excellent service. The location is excellent but restaurants are few hundred meters away.

There seems a shortage of staff so I had to line up for a while to check in. I got 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 adults which was amazing so we could all have some privacy. It was quiet and the view was great day and night if you are on higher floor.

Liked the price. Bed was stiff. The room was clean. The floors in the hallway needed cleaning.

When we booked it doesn't say that your going to book at a campus university dorm room that even though we booked with 4 adults they stocked towels for 2. There is no phone in the room. Its super noisy and the beds are terrible. I would have alept better in the car! Service at the desk was good but thats it. Oh and the address online is wrong apparently it has been changed.

Rooms were very basic. Everything smelled like pickles. Things like blinds were in poor shape. They have a kitchen, but no basics such as utensils, dishes, etc.
