This is a hidden gem in Tulum. Excellent staff. Zen vibes. Every detail with an artistic touch. Great water pressure. Very clean. Very safe part of town. Next to Supermarket! The best bang for the buck in Tulum.

Excelente! En verdad que todo excelente. Su punto más fuerte es la atención al huésped. Las hostess son súper amables, con gran atención y calidad humana. Las habitaciones muy limpias con un agradable toque de relajación, el baño, toallas y sábanas súper limpias sin rastro de manchas o cabellos. Tuvimos el pequeño inconveniente de que se fuera la luz pero eso fue un problema ajeno al hotel porque era en toda la cuadra, pero incluso el personal se comunicó con nosotros para avisarnos los inconvenientes, en ningún otro lugar me habían notificado eventualidades como en este hotel. El desayuno muy bueno a pesar de que no tienen servicio de restaurante. Había leído una reseña que el hotel era una joya escondida y definitivamente es cierto. Tengo planeado regresar a Tulum y sin dudarlo me volveré a hospedar en KAHATSA’
