Very excellent B&B. The location is basically unbeatable, the breakfast was amazing-although served in a different building 200m away. There was an elevator, which worked almost the whole time. I absolutely recommend, and I will absolutely stay again.

The room was very nice, clean, and with a very convenient location. Staff was nice in explaining how everything worked with access to the property. It is important to note check in is not in the same place as the property, so you will need to walk after check in to the property. It's a short walk, and not a big deal, but just have this in mind it that's an issue for you. Other than that, it is really a very good place to stay. The bed was comfortable, had a nice little balcony, a small safe, and there was free coffee. Would stay again.

This property is located in the center part of Firenze, within 5-10 minutes walk to most attraction sites you want to visit in town. The room is in good condition and clean. Something I dislike about this place: (1) check in/out location isn’t the same as the BnB, I had a taxi dropped me off outside the BnB but only found out you have to walk to another hotel to check in and come back to the BnB with my suitcase back and forth (this can be tiring and troublesome for some people); (2) the breakfast is not complimentary. Before my arrival, I received a welcome message from the property manager also mentioned the breakfast will be served at the 7th floor of Hotel Signoria (they didn’t mentioned there is a fee for it) and I took that as a complimentary breakfast. I only found out on my check out date that they charged me 15 Europe for the breakfast. With the same price you can have much better breakfast at a decent cafe. I highly suggest you skip their breakfast. It’s overpriced and it didn’t taste that good; (3) this place gets noisy at night. There are people (probably drunken individuals) yelling out or speaking out very loud at night (after 11pm). Also, the trash truck also picking up trash and making super loud noise after midnight. This is not the property’s fault, but if you are a light sleeper, please avoid this property and find another accommodation.

その名の通り、レプッブリカ広場にあります。 なので立地は文句のつけようがありません。 旧市街の観光で疲れたら、カフェで一休みする感覚で部屋に戻って休めます。 レセプションや朝食は別のホテルになりますが、遠すぎないので許容範囲。 朝食は種類が多く、スタッフも働き者で毎朝が楽しみでした。

舒服的房間與優質的地點
這間公寓就在共和廣場前方，晚上可在房內欣賞廣場上街頭藝人演奏表演。走去火車站約800m/15分鐘，請旅館叫計程車，兩大兩小加三顆行李箱14.4Euro。床鋪大又舒服，浴室的備品是菠丹妮，公共空間有免費咖啡與小點心餅乾。旅館櫃台在不同處（Hotel Signora)約走200m，櫃台很友善，早餐的義大利媽媽親切又熱情，歐姆蛋、水果派、巧克力磅蛋糕都好吃。

Nel cuore di Firenze
Ottima location in piazza della repubblica nel cuore della città. Le stanze si trovano in un edificio molto tranquillo al secondo piano, hanno un bollitore e un frigo. La dimensione è nella norma. Il ricevimento è stato molto rapido e molto cordiale. Lo consiglio.

Nöjd!!
Incheckningen var lite svårt att förstå sig på då incheckningen är på en annan plats än själva rummet. Väl på rummet så fick vi ett dubbelrum istället för familjerum då vi reste tillsammans med våra 2 barn. Denna missförstånd reddes ut på plats och vi fick både ett bättre pris, senare utcheckning och ett extra rum. Personalen skötte detta väldigt bra och var väldigt trevliga så vi är supernöjda med vistelsen ändå och kommer gärna tillbaka fler gånger. Läget och renligheten på rummet var absolut det bäste med hela vistelsen. Frukosten var också överraskade bra. Toppen betyg från oss.

Repubblica 광장 바로 옆에 있어 피렌체의 주요 관광지로 도보 이동할 수 있어 편리합니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 소형 냉장고 등 필요한 것들이 구비되어 있습니다. 체크인과 조식은 도보로 3분 정도 거리의 Signoria 호텔에서 해야되서 짐을 가지고 이동하기에 약간의 불편함은 있으나 충분히 이동할 만한 거리입니다. 광장 바로 옆에 있어 낮은 시간까지 공연 소리 등 소음은 있으나 창문을 닫아두면 참을만한 수준입니다. ZTL 내에 있지만 호텔에서 처리해 주고, 주차는 Signoria 호텔 앞에 차를 세우고 리셉션에 얘기를 하면 주변의 주차장에 연락해서 차를 픽업해 갑니다. (EUR 25/일) 차를 사용할 일이 있으면 주차장이나 호텔 리셉션에 얘기를 하면 20~30분 정도 후 차를 호텔 앞으로 가져다 주고, 주차 요금을 지불하고 받아서 나가면 됩니다.
