接客態度がとても丁寧で、部屋も清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。ただ、阪急京都線が近くを通っているため通過音が少し聞こえ、電車や車が通るたびに建物が揺れるのが少し気になりました。バスルームはやや劣化していて黄ばみが目立ち、改善されるとさらに良いと思います。また、部屋の鍵はひねりながら開け閉めするタイプで、荷物が多いと少し不便に感じました。
