Enjoyed a 2 nite stay here while attending CATF theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub after biking on C&O Canal towpath, and fantastic country breakfasts. Views to the west over Antietam battlefields are spectacular! Hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming, including the talking parrot!

2 day stay to see battle fields

Tina was very helpful and went above and beyond to do extra things to make sure we were comfortable. There are something’s that needed to be repaired (sliding lock on porch door and loose toilet seat) and the lighting in our room was so dim especially in the bathroom that when you pulled the shower curtain closed you were practically showering in the dark!. The setting is beautiful there! However, you are out in the country and it is a drive to get to local restaurants.

First time staying at this property. It was for my wife’s birthday. The property has an incredible view of the valley in the Frederick area. It’s a great spot to disconnect and get away from the city and relax. Room was clean, big and had lots of light. Enjoyed the screened patio relaxing and looking at the amazing views.
