Andaz Napa - a concept by Hyatt, นาปา

Great hotel within walking distance of some great shopping, eating and wine sampling. Make this a stop when passing through!

Hospitality was great. Staff is very attentive. Unique style and decor. Walkable.

We had a great time at Andaz. Great location beautiful clean rooms.

So we booked a King suite on Hotels.com over a month ago at the Andaz. We called a day before our arrival to confirm and they told us our room was confirmed. However, upon our arrival after a full day of wine tasting we arrived at the hotel with our bags a were told they had no rooms available and that they overbooked the hotel! Instead they offered to comp our stay at another hotel miles away from Downtown where we were hosting a winemakers dinner. Needless to say we rushed over to the other hotel only to find it way below the standards afforded by the Andaz. Needless to say we were late to our dinner as it took over an hour to sort this all out. Plus the town was so busy we couldn’t get an Uber so we had to have a friend pick us up! The staff at the Andaz offered us no alternative other than paying for another room and parking then handed us a letter and said goodbye... it’s amazing they allow this to happen and so casually send people on their way to a hotel well below what you had expected being that we are loyalty members with Hyatt!
