Great stay, super clean and lovely. Room and breakfast views of the city were amazing. Loved the breakfast buffet that’s offered in the mornings, many options available. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel had the best breakfast buffet of four hotels that I stayed in. It had an incredible selection of both western and Japanese food. The restaurant is on the 23rd floor of the hotel, so it has the most amazing views of Osaka. We also had a queen bed instead of the usual two super singles in most hotels.

Mediocrity

I checked in twice and both times the staff trying to charge me for parking fee (which suppose is free when I place my booking ) Room was smelly, the manager agreed to change another room but it has the same smell and he said there’s not much he can do except an apology. Seems like he knows that’s the overall condition of this building. I would choose another one for my next trip
