Hotel was in a stunning location but quite isolated. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Rooms small but comfortable and had everything you needed. Variety of food/drink locations was excellent so even on a 7 day stay we had plenty of variety.

Great hotel 10/10. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and kind. Special thank you to Mani, the supervisor, for her care and kindness. Buffets were simply incredible - huge variety, delicious food - best buffet food we have ever experienced.  Beautiful views from the hotel of the ocean and nice beach too. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Ella Alkyna. The staff were great; really friendly and helpful. Tanos deserves a special mention for his excellent service at breakfast. We enjoyed the food; there was plenty of choice and the ability to have some meals in the a la carte restaurants was really nice. You did have to be up early to get a sunbed in the pool area, though finding one on the beach was easier. We’d definitely visit again.

The hotel is very nice and we were satisfied. There are many Philippines working at the bars. They were grate and always smiling. Natalia was perfect. Hotel is located on the beautiful sandy beach. Our room had amazing view. The resort terrain is very steep. There are many lifts but you need to climb stairs in some parts. For us it wasn’t a big problem but for people with worse mobility it could be a different situation. Food was excellent. We visited à la carte restaurants and they were great. We were a little bit disappointed with the Greek restaurant, the menu didn’t look like traditional Greek cuisine.

Lovely hotel with fantastic views. A little hilly though - we were upgraded to a suite that was high up, and buggies to take you from / to your room were seldom available - not really recommended for older clientele. Also, you had to be up well before 9.00am if you wanted to reserve a sunbed. Wasps were also annoying both around the pool areas and in the restaurants (especially the latter). Food and drink options were exceptional, as was the dining experience at the a la carte restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet and spacious with a very large, private balcony. Bed was very comfortable.

Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und die Lage des Hotels ist der Wahnsinn. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hat uns manchmal der Weitblick des Personals gefehlt, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Had the most amazing 10days at Ella Alkyna from start to finish. The staff were all so polite and friendly, the food was faultless and the desserts were to die for. Had an issue with our room and the reception staff didn’t hesitate to change our room and offer a free upgrade. Would highly recommend this hotel to any couples wanting an AI experience to remember.

By far the best thing was the staff. The largely seasonal workers were fantastic - always smiling, attentive and well trained. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and one really didn't to leave the complex as the private beach, pools,bars and restaurants were plentiful. One final thing was the spa massage; best I have had!

Very relaxing place to stay for a week. Close to the beach and 2 pools to chose from. Didn't like the fact that people reserved sun loungers and despite saying you weren't supposed to do that it wasn't enforced. So you either didnt get a lounger or had to play the game! Food choices were great. Enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Lots of choice in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Snack bar good for lunch options. All inclusive drinks were plentiful and cocktails used branded spirits. Staff all lovely and friendly. We will definitely be back!
